The next meeting of The Suncoast Optimist Club on Thursday, Jun 25 at Mom's Amish Restaurant. Guest will be some of the students that we awarded scholarships from The Suncoast Optimist Club Foundation, as well as this years HOBY representative. As always, meetings begin at 7:00 pm.
The Caledonian Club visited Jun 10
Bill Wallace and Charlie Murphy from The Caledonian Club of Florida West were the guests at the last meeting of The Suncoast Optimist Club held
on Jun 10. We were all given a great history lesson on the Scottish
influence and heritage of Sarasota. We were also entertained by
Charlie's playing of the Bagpipe. A video has been posted up on YouTube
